On Monday, August 14th, Grenaa Gymnasium opened its doors to the first-year students of the new school year.
Head of School Helene Bendorff Kristensen kicked off the day by welcoming all 179 new students, evenly distributed among 1st STX, 1st HF, and Pre-IB.
Afterward, the students joined their class teacher and 2nd-year tutors in the classrooms and began getting to know each other and the school. This was done through various activities, including a subject orientation race that presented fun challenges to be solved together.
