HF Sport

Subject package with Physical Education B and Psychology C or Business Economy C.

HF Sport is a good choice if you enjoy being physically active and are interested in how the body functions.

You will learn about how the body and mind are interconnected and what constitutes health.

With elective subjects, you can further customize HF Sport to focus on your specific interests.

With Physical Education B, you will get to try both familiar and new sports.

Here are some examples of topics:

Football – video analysis of a kick
Police fitness test – training for speed and strength
Fitness dance – a healthy body and training to music

Subject package, elevtive subjects and mandatory subjects.

There are written assignments, both larger and smaller ones.

You do some of the homework at school.

You complete subjects every six months.

You have exams in all subjects.

There are no grades during the school year, but you receive continuous feedback from your teachers.

The HF Sport subject package provides opportunities to pursue further studies in fields such as:

Police officer, physiotherapist, educator, coaching specialist, or a career in the Armed Forces.
