Lots of opportunities for aesthetic creativity
Music is part of many occasions at Grenaa Gymnasium
You can participate in the school’s music life in many ways and at various levels.
There are music cafés throughout the year, where anyone who wants to can perform a song.
Every other year, there’s a theater concert where you can be on stage as a musician, actor/singer, in the choir, in the band, or in one of the many other roles that need to be filled.
In the years without a theater concert, you have the opportunity to join the school choir, which performs both at the gymnasium and in the local community.
Visual Art is an important part of the school’s every day life
Art is everywhere at Grenaa Gymnasium, and most of it is modern and contemporary works. They are naturally integrated into the art and design lessons.
Your own creations from the art classes will be exhibited at the spring exhibition.
You have the opportunity to participate in Voluntary Art, where you can, among other things, work on pieces for Ungdommens Vårsalon (the Youth Spring Salon) or help create sets for the theater concert.
